I recently started making healthy puddings, because I absolutely love puddings, but I’ve always considered them unhealthy. This is my second healthy sweet pudding I’ve made so far. I forgot to post the first one, I don’t know why, because it was delicious, but anyways it will surely come next because it’s totally different from this one. The sour cherry pudding it’s vegan, but you can replace the vegan milk with the regular milk if you like, it’s equal yummy. You can also make the pudding with any other fruit. My choice was sour cherries because I like their flavor so much, you can add them defrosted from the freezer or fresh..so many possibilities.
Mix for about 2 minutes:
• 2 cups frozen or fresh sour cherries or other fruits
• 3tbs chia seeds
• 2 tsp honey
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 cup vegan milk(soy, almond, walnut milk…etc)
