This is my first post about makeup, that’s because it’s so hard to capture the real colors and details in an image about makeup. I know you’ll say what’s the big deal?…but really! I’ve tried it a few times now and I was never satisfied with the result. So I called up my extra-busy husband one morning with the face like: If you’re not doing it now and right you’re not gonna get over it easy…so he started installing umbrellas, tripods, flashlights, camera, reviewing angles, placing the subject(me ), what can I say.. acting like a real photographer in it’s own studio. Well since you’re reading this, it’s kind of obvious I’m ok with this shooting but you’re not gonna see too many close-ups, since those type of photos require a different camera lens than I have, one that doesn’t alter proportions.
So this makeup, it’s one that I usually wear, because it’s neutral and because it’s flattering for my eyes and face, it’s a smoky, 2 basic color shades, cat-eye makeup.

MAC Blot Powder Pressed(light)
Yves Rocher(Amande vanille) – light eyeshadow for inner corner and for the highlight beneath the eyebrows
Yves Rocher(Dragee d’argent) – dark eyeshadow for the lid, outer corner, under the eyes and on eyebrows
Avon black eyeliner
Revlon ColorStay Liquid Liner(Black) – creating the cat eye look
Maybelline the Colossal Volum’ Express mascara
Collistar lipstick(corallo 10)
