Baked apples with granola
• 6 sweet-sour apples hollowed
• 4 tbs fine oatmeal flakes
• 2 tsp chia seeds or flax seeds
• 1 tbs sesame seeds
• 2 tsp poppy seeds
• 1 tbs goji
• 1 tbs raisins
• 2 tbs coconut flakes
• 2 tsp virgin oil(I used virgin sunflower oil)
• 2 tbs brown sugar or molasses
• 6 tbs roughly grated walnuts
• 1/2 crushed banana
• 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp cloves
• vanilla essence
Place the hollowed apples in a muffin shaped tray covered with baking paper. Set to the oven at 356 F for 15 minutes or until the apples are halfway baked.
Mix all the ingredients above to make the granola.
After removing the apples from the oven, fill them with granola.
Place them again to the oven for another 15 minutes or until granola becomes crispy and the apples have baked ♥
