I’m dreamin’ of spring and I’m dreamin’ of green stuff to eat..well I had a salad, but I’m really waiting for the real green things found in nature! Soon, starting from March we’ll be able to find wild garlic in the woods, these are some leaves with a slight taste of garlic, super yummy. But for now I’ll have these delicious recipe with greens and pasta.
• 400g of pasta
• 4 tbs of virgin olive oil
• a bunch of green onions(if you can find it, use leek)
• a bunch of green garlic
• a bunch of parsley leaves
• a bunch of dill
Boil the pasta. Cut and fry the greens in the oil just to soften a little. Add pasta, salt and pepper.
