This month I had the chance to see two different Christmas fairs, one of them being in my home town, Timisoara. In Europe, these fairs are very common, especially in the large cities, but if you’re not European, these fairs may be something new and interesting for you. At the Christmas markets and fairs, besides warm clothes, Christmas decorations, you’ll also find all kinds of traditional foods. My personal favorite and something that I think you shouldn’t miss is chimney cake, stove cake or Kürtőskalács, a traditional Hungarian cake. After a long walk in the freezing weather visiting the market, a hot stove cake and a mulled wine or hot tea is the perfect treat.
Even if it doesn’t look like, I wore a warm and comfortable outfit with many layers of knitted clothing.

I wish you all, dears, a merry and happy Christmas. Lots of kisses, ’till next time when I’ll post about my trip to Budapest and the Christmas market from the Hungarian capital.
