Grilled asparagus with fried eggs and dill sauce



Grease the asparagus with olive oil, add salt and fry them on the grill. When done, sprinkle lemon juice over it. Make fresh dill sauce in a blender with yoghurt, olive oil, garlic, fresh dill, salt, pepper. Take care not to add too much dill though, it can have a way too raw and grassy taste..like mine haha. Serve with fried eggs 🙂
