My breakfast – Mushrooms sandwich and baigli

My breakfast for today includes a sandwich with lots of proteins and veggies: mushrooms sandwich.

-toasted whole wheat bread with seeds
-mushrooms cut and fried in one teaspoon olive oil
-green onion cut and fried in olive oil
-red peppers
-fresh cut parsley

and 3 yummy slices of Baigli with a cup of milk. Presented in a vintage Salisbury Bone China cup & saucer, made in England, decorated with daffodils, irises and other spring flowers and gilt edges.
