Smoked salmon and mushroom pasta…so good!!!

This recipe has become one of my favorites! It’s so easy to make, it’s healthy, the ingredients are so little processed and this is so delicious!

What you need:
-400g of pasta(shell shape)
-150g smoked salmon
-500g mushrooms
-200g of cheddar cheese
-10 black olives
-a lemon
-5 tbs of fresh dill
-olive oil
-salt, pepper and chili

First peel the raw mushrooms and cut them in small pieces. Marinate the mushrooms with a bit of olive oil, half of a lemon juice and salt.
Meanwhile boil the pasta in salty water. Drain the pasta in colander, rinse with cool water put it in a pan. Add some olive oil. Add salmon cut in stripes, sliced olives, shredded dill and shredded cheese to the pasta. Finally add the marinated mushrooms. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice according to your taste.
