This is one of the yummiest sandwich recipes I’ve ever tried. I don’t know if it’s that healthy, but it sure is delicious! It’s a little bit of sweet with salted combined flavors. I have it from my sister. Her husband ate this sandwich at a restaurant in Chicago and she tried to reproduce it 😀 but it’s not the first time she does this, I have other great recipes from her I’ll post when I find the time. She has such a great taste in everything and I know that every time she recommends me something I have to try it cause it’s going to be deliiiiicious!
So here it is:
-2 slices of toasted whole wheat bread with seeds/sandwich
1.Toast both slices of bread in toaster. It’s very important that you toast them, otherwise the sandwich won’t be crunchy!
2.Spread just a little bit of raspberry jam(I’ve added too much) on one slice.
3.Peel the mushrooms, cut them in pieces and fry them with olive oil in a pan. Add them on top of the jam
4.Cut the onions in pieces and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil. Add them over the mushrooms
5.Add slices of brie cheese
6.Put it on a tray in the oven at 180 degree Celsius till the cheese has melted
6.Add salad leafs
7.Add the second slice of toasted bread on top
