Lately I choose to wear some of my older items from the wardrobe, or some of the items I purchased but for some reason I never wore them up to now. It’s been like a sort of a “styling lesson” for me. Don’t ask me why I did it, I think I somehow skimped on clothes but I’ve definitely splurged on makeup. Some of these items may not be the most flattering or maybe some of them I wouldn’t buy them again, but I think almost any clothing can be successfully worn in a beautifully in a way or another if you choose the right items to combine it with. Here I’m talking about this skirt that I’ve purchased from Chicwish. I had other dresses and skirts from them and I was happy with all my purchases, except this skirt which is really unflattering near the waistline making it look very thick! For this reason I can’t recommend this specific skirt, although you can use this outfit as a guidance if you have items similar in colour. Since it was really unflattering for my waist, I refused to wear it until now, but lately I’ve decided to give it another try. I masked the top of it with a kimono on earthy tones with beautiful details and fringes. I choose this fluffy, vintage, aqua purse to match my skirt.
Since I love blooming so much I’ve decided to make shootings with as many shades of blooming as possible. Although initially I thought yellow would match this outfit perfectly, I choose pink at the sight, because it looked even better. My shooting for the next outfit will include the gorgeous white magnolias and an unexpected eye makeup!
My makeup is natural on earthy tones. For my hair I’ve made a sided Dutch braid with loose curls.
You look amazing in this outfit! So cute and boho chic! 🙂
And those stiletto heeled sandals are perfect! 🙂
